  Most of the staff are so moody. Bougnt a BBQ and it required a member of staff so we asked a member nearby and he didn't seem to happy about asking him about the item. I even said to him "Service with a smile" and we shook his head and walked off but at least he did ask about the BBQ being in stock. My friend worked there and she was constantly bullied by the staff there. She was forced to quit because of that.

  Sometimes order from here for home delivery and 80% of the time the delivery person doesn't know much about customer service. I live in a first floor flat, most won't come up, which Is stated anyway they will only come to the entrance door but they're not very friendly when I complain about the fact that I pay 40p for carrier bags for the majority of shopping to be in their green crates while there are only actually two tiny carrier bags that barely hold a thing.
